PT Instructor Full Time

KEY ACTIVITIES/ KNOW HOW:

• Prepare and deliver PT instructional periods in accordance with established methodologies.
• Conduct physical fitness assessments, track and record results.
• Support physical fitness training as directed by the client.
• Maintain professional awareness of changes and trends in physical training methodologies and science.
• Consistently reassess the delivery methods and outcomes of training in order to produce best results.
• Conduct all administrative functions required for successful execution of course delivery.
• Contribute to PT curriculum development as required.
• Supervise sanitization of equipment and cleanness.
• Provide first aid care as required.
• Maintain positive Client relationships by appropriately and professionally representing Beacon Red in all interactions.
• Ensure continued awareness of, and compliance with, relevant cultural expectations.
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior.
• Other duties as directed

JOB SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree, in physical education or physical fitness or other relevant qualification.
• 7 years working experience in the physical education or fitness field.
• Training delivery and development experience.
• UAE experience as a client facing representative.
