Pipe Fitter Full Time

Principal Accountabilities

1.Installation and Extension with Pipe Fire Fighting Systems to ensure efficiency.
2.Preventive maintenance of Fire Fighting System to handle all procedures.
3.Rectification / Trouble shooting pipes and fittings for fire fighting systems.
4.Write service / completion service report for site activities such as quarterly service, emergency call attendance, and list spare parts required.
5.Coordinating with supervisor or engineer about site conditions and required materials.
6. To have knowledge of the main equipment of sprinkler system.
7. To have knowledge of the type of sprinkler and its temperature
8. To have knowledge of the type of pipes and their fittings.
9. To have knowledge of codes and how it is implemented.
10. sound knowledge of clean agent systems, foam and extinguishers.
11. sound knowledge to study the shop drawings and coordination drawings.
12. Practical experience to use related machinery related to fire fighting.
13. practical experience to install sprinkler droppers.
14. to have knowledge in quantity take off for all pipes, fittings and equipment’s from drawings.
15. Testing pipe systems to ensure safety and functionality
16. Good numerical and problem-solving skills.
17. Ability to work in shifts and/or overtime.
18. Measuring and marking pipes for cutting and threading.
19. Complying with relevant codes and regulatory standards.

Minimum Requirement

• Basic Education and good English capabilities in reading, writing and speaking.
• Good communication skills and Reporting capabilities.
• 2 – 3 years of relevant project experience.
