What you’ll do:

- Managing the assigned Dark Stores (1-2 DS) effectively across fulfillment and logistics functions.
- Ensure that Consumables (Packaging Material) consumption is optimized among warehouses and wastage is reduced.
- Ensure that all warehouses have basic safety stocks to avoid disruptions in order processing.
- Ensure that all teams are using the packaging tools properly and driving the processes on the ground.
- Ensure that Purchases of Consumables from Sellers are accurately accounted for and in-warding into the WMS and Consumable Management Tools.
- Determine, track and Drive the most important Cost KPIs to achieve the company’s objective of performance and cost.
- Understanding the ERP functions and reports to maximize output and efficiency.
- Train, guide and evaluate new/old warehouse workers with respect to the ERP and best practices.
- Planning and assigning daily work.
- Addressing performance issues and improving productivity on the floor.
- Communicate and collaborate with other team members.
What you’ll need:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce in a related field.
- Ability to write, speak and present effectively and persuasively.
- Excellent Microsoft skills (V-lookup, Pivot Table, Advanced formulas, etc.)
- Creative and analytical problem solver with a strong desire to constantly grow and evolve.
- Capable of delivering results in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment.
