Job Summary:

• To ensure that overall repair, new works and modification works of all civil related structures is as per standard and best practice.

Technical Competencies:

• Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
• Co-ordinating all works in hand with contractors, other departments, between workforce and superiors as well as within the group.
• Planning the activities and other works in hand to ensure tasks completed safely.
• Train by example other employees and assist in the day-to-day activities of the department as required.
• Ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and standard engineering practices.
• Prepare progress reports as required and assist in supervision of workforce.
• Responsible to implement and monitor OHSAS management systems

Education:

• 10th standard or equivalent general education/ Civil Certification.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar capacity.
