Overview of the role:
•    The purpose of the Demonstration Executive is to provide professional machine operation and maintenance training to customer operators and maintenance teams on construction machines (excavators, wheel loaders and haulers…etc.) and air compressors, ensuring correct and safe usage of the company’s construction machinery. This includes demonstrating operational procedures, conducting practical training, and delivering technical guidance to maximize machine efficiency, safety, and lifespan. The position directly supports customer satisfaction, machine performance, and long-term brand reputation

What you will do:
•    Conduct on-site machine operation demonstrations for customer operators.
•    Deliver structured training programs covering pre-start checks, starting procedures, operational techniques, safety practices, and shutdown procedures.
•    Train maintenance staff on preventive maintenance, daily inspections, and basic troubleshooting.
•    Ensure customers understand machine functions, options, and correct usage to prevent misuse and downtime.
•    Prepare and maintain training materials and presentations.
•    Evaluate operator skills and provide recommendations for improvement.
•    Coordinate with the service team to address technical questions and feedback from customers.
•    Maintain accurate training records and submit training completion reports.
•    Uphold the company’s safety and quality standards during all demonstrations.
Required Skills to be successful:
1.- Experience in operating construction machinery.
2.- Technical Knowledge.
3.- Customer Management.
4.- Valid UAE Driving License for Vehicles and Heavy Equipment Operating License.
About the Team:
•    Reporting to the After Market Manager and will work closely with the broader internal and external stakeholders.

What equips you for the role:
•    High School Diploma or vocational training in mechanical, automotive, or heavy equipment field (preferred: technical diploma).
•    Hands-on experience in operating construction machinery such as excavators, wheel loaders, and articulated haulers.
•    In-depth knowledge of pre-operation checks, warm-up and cool-down procedures, operational best practices, and shutdown protocols.
•    Good understanding of machine functions, attachments, and optional features.
•    Strong communication and presentation skills.
•    Valid UAE light vehicle driving license.
•    Valid UAE heavy equipment operating license.
•    Willingness to travel extensively and work outdoors in varying conditions.
