Director of Financial Operations Full Time

About the Role:
Reporting to the CFO, as the Director of Financial Operations you will:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closings.
• Maintain and improve financial controls, processes, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Oversee audit preparation, coordination with external auditors, and implementation of audit recommendations.
• Manage treasury functions including bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
• Ensure tax compliance and regulatory filings.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or  a related field ( Masters’ or MBA is preferred).
• Professional Accounting Certification ( e.g. CPA, CMA, ACCA) strongly preferred.
• More than 7 Years’ of progressive financial experience , with at least 3-5 years’ in a Leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standard, reporting requirements.
• Proven experience managing financial operations in a complex or multi entity environment.
• Excellent leadership , analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial systems ( e.g. ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle , NetSuite).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
