Overview of the Role
We are looking for a driven and detail‑oriented Estimator to join our Lexus team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate repair estimates that support customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business profitability. Your expertise will help ensure customers receive transparent, professional assessments aligned with industry and company standards.
What You Will Do
- Prepare precise vehicle damage estimates covering repair requirements, labor, and related costs.
- Evaluate damaged vehicles using approved systems (including Audatex) and collect all relevant information from customers.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to finalize estimates following survey results.
- Ensure strict compliance with company processes, QMS standards, and health & safety protocols.
- Maintain professional customer interactions, contributing positively to overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on new technologies, procedures, and time standards to improve productivity and service quality.
- Support team objectives and carry out additional duties as assigned by managers or supervisors.
Required Skills to Be Successful
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer‑handling abilities.
- Good computer literacy and proficiency in estimation systems (e.g., Audatex).
- Ability to work to high accuracy against time standards.
- Understanding of workshop operations, repair processes, and automotive components.
