Our newest opportunity is for a talented Graduate Corporate Services – UAE National to join our award-winning team based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

KEO are looking to recruit talented Emiratis from graduate level to 1 -2 years’ experience to support KEO divisions throughout a 1-year rotational program within our corporate functions. Depending on where the role is assigned, responsibilities may vary day to day.

We envisage success in this role to include:

• Provides general support to the different divisions and functions within KEO regarding various activities.
• Creates various reports and presentations in Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint.
• Drafts effective communications regarding updates and opportunities for the department or service line.
• Answers questions and queries from departments and divisions regarding issues as they arise.
• May perform administrative duties specific to a department such as conducting research, updating databases and general administrative support.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Deal with ad hoc requests and routine administrative tasks using the appropriate tools, being involved.

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include experience from graduate level to 1 – 2 years partnered with a Bachelors Degree in a Human Resources, IT, Finance, Sustainability, Enviromental, or other fields.
