IFE Mechanic Full Time

Synopsis

Perform and assist line and light maintenance to ensure IFE operations are executed safely and efficiently.

Accountabilities

• Execute line and light aircraft on IFE maintenance as directed by the team leader to ensure proper functioning of equipment according to safety standards and regulations
• Carry out sweep check, report and fix findings according to the company standards and procedure
• Assist when required for media, content and SW load
• Ensure that all maintenance actions are properly documented in line with regulations
• Monitor equipment labelling and packing to ensure compliance to standards
• Properly store and maintain tooling and equipment to ensure it is organized according to internal procedures and regulations

Education & Experience

• Minimum Diploma (2 years or more), Familiarity with maintenance regulations is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience within relevant field
• Hands on experience working with IFE Systems
• Should be able to successfully resolve a technical issue with an IFE system.
