About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinkingInnovation Teacherto join our secondary school team. The successful candidate will be passionate about inspiring students through creative, interdisciplinary learning experiences that foster critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and innovation.
This role is ideal for educators with a background in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics), design thinking, robotics, coding, or entrepreneurial education.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, project-based lessons that integrate technology, design, and real-world problem solving.
Support students in developing 21st-century skills through hands-on innovation labs, collaborative challenges, and digital tools.
Promote a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and resilience in learning.
Collaborate with other subject teachers to create cross-curricular opportunities that drive creativity and innovation.
Lead and support extracurricular activities, competitions, and innovation-related events (e.g. coding clubs, robotics fairs, hackathons).
Stay updated with global trends in education technology and innovation to continually enhance teaching practices.
Skills
ualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject (e.g., Technology, Engineering, Design, ICT, or similar).
Teaching qualification/licensure (as per UAE or local regulatory requirements).
Experience teaching innovation, STEAM, or technology in a secondary school setting.
Familiarity with tools such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, 3D printing, coding platforms, and design software is an advantage.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
