Responsibilities & Duties
- Serves as a developing professional in an Architectural design team, developing and finalizing work on specific elements of a project under the direction and supervision of a Senior Architect/Interior Designer or designated senior team member
- Architectural/ ID Design, BIM Model and Drawing production
- Design Brief compliance, completeness & accuracy
- Supports development of BIM models and drawings and co-ordinates using Navisworks and other coordination software
- Adopts creative and innovative solutions to assigned tasks and develops appropriate research and documentation to support these solutions
- Follows specific, standardized procedures to achieve set results and deadlines (as set out by Senior Architect or Senior Team member)
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering from an accredited University
- Must have graduated within the last 12 months or graduating no later than June 2023
- Successful applicants must have a minimum 3.4 GPA or 2:1 (or equivalent) and above
- Candidates must be currently based in the UAE
- If you hold a Master’s Degree, you must have started it within 12 months of completing the Bachelor’s Degree in order to have continuous education
- Revit and AutoCAD experience would be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge in Sketch-up and/or other 3D softwares

The Intern Program will run from 26 June – 29 Sept 2023 and is your opportunity to land a permanent position with AECOM. If your performance has been successful, based on a mid-program review, you will be offered a full-time role as a young professional in your field as part of our highly competitive Graduate Program starting in November 2023.
