Overview of the role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to support the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate will contribute significantly to brand positioning, lead generation, customer engagement, event planning, activations, and digital marketing initiatives. This role requires a creative mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent project management skills to drive business growth and strengthen brand visibility
What you will do:
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing activities effectively.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
• Support in Managing social media agencies, vendors, content calendars, and engagement strategies.
• Oversee digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
• Track website performance and customer engagement through analytics tools.
Customer Acquisition
• Support to execute campaigns to attract new customers (offers, seasonal promotions, discounts).
• Support loyalty programs and retention initiatives
Brand Management & Communications
• Monitor brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Assist in developing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
• Coordinate PR activities and media relations to enhance brand reputation.
Market Research & Analysis
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
• Generate reports and insights based on marketing performance and customer data.
• Support in identifying new strategies and implementation.
Event Management & Promotions
• Assist in planning and executing promotional events, trade shows, and sponsorships.
• Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure seamless event execution.
• Evaluate event success and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
Internal Stake Holders Management
• Support the internal stake holders where required
Required skills to be successful:
• Solid understanding of key social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) and their target audiences.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong project management abilities, particularly in planning, coordinating, and adhering to timelines.
About the team:
You will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with both internal teams and external partners. The role operates within a dynamic and fast-paced automotive aftersales environment, offering opportunities to contribute to impactful marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects.
What equips you for the role:
• A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Ideally, 2–3 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Practical experience in event planning, showroom or service center activations, and customer engagement initiatives.
• A solid understanding of customer experience management and its impact on brand loyalty and business growth.
