Mechatronics Technician  Full Time

Key Accountabilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot various equipments i.e. Plasma Cutting and Robot Cutting machines; all kinds of DC Motor Drives and Controllers for various workshop machineries.
• Carry out Preventive Maintenance to above equipments (including Vibration analysis).
• Ensure materials are of required standard prior to use, reporting damages when required.
• Ensure that proper housekeeping is maintained throughout the production process.
• Report work status / progress, tools damage and process errors to the respective team leader.
• Maintain good working relationship with workers, appointed foreman, supervisors and management.
• Perform duties of a Foreman as required / appointed for individual projects.
• Attend any training for any activity required by the department.
• Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.

Experience / Qualification & Skills:

• Secondary school / Diploma in Electronics /  Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• ITI electronics with minimum 3 years of experience / vocational training in the relevant discipline.
• Minimum 4-5 years relevant experience in a similar field.
