Scope: The Head of Onboarding is responsible for driving the planning and delivery of recruitment, arrivals, and training of all sites-based personnel at Transguard. This position is responsible for creating and operating a streamlined onboarding process that improves the quality of new hires, speeds up the recruitment and training process and increases the predictability of the overall process. The Head of Onboarding will use data to drive insights that improve procedures, maintain an analytical and organized approach, and lead staff on best onboarding practices.
