Purpose of the Role

To provide high-quality care and assessments for patients requiring physiotherapy treatment. You will deliver evidence-based services and support multidisciplinary teams in rehabilitation and recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized physiotherapy programs for patients with musculoskeletal, pelvic floor, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
• Use physical methods to treat injury and disease, improve physical functioning, and enhance range of movement.
• Provide expert guidance on physiotherapy alternatives to invasive procedures.
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals for holistic care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Who You Are

• DHA licensed Physiotherapist
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
• Skilled in patient assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions
• Committed to excellence in rehabilitation and patient-centered care
• Adaptable and collaborative in a fast-paced clinic environment

 Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
• DOH / DHA / MOH license or eligibility
• Certified training and clinical experience in Women’s Health / Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation

 Proficiency in Managing:

• Pelvic floor dysfunctions (stress and urge incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain)
• Antenatal and postnatal physiotherapy
• Diastasis recti and core reconditioning programs
• Patient education, pelvic floor assessment, and use of biofeedback or electrotherapy where indicated

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 4+ years of clinical experience
• Strong background in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, including joint, muscle, and soft tissue disorders
• Specialized experience in pelvic floor physiotherapy, including urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, postpartum recovery, and core rehabilitation
• Proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes and patient satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic-speaking preferred for HH AC)
• Relevant experience in a clinical or hospital setting (UAE experience preferred)
• Sound knowledge in general physiotherapy to manage regular caseload.
