Planning Engineer Full Time

• Prepare detailed programme in P6  for all Projects based on Client’s baseline programme
• Follow up activities against the programme and record corrective action wherever necessary
• Coordinate with Client and Main Contractor’s planning engineer for periodical updating of programme
• Do the necessary follow up, discussion, meetings to ensure  earlier approval,  update and monitoring of the project programme
• Prepare and submit weekly reports, monthly reports, bar charts, manpower histogram, KPIs, look ahead program,  S-curve etc as per project requirements in coordination with Project Manager
• Coordinate between project team and other departments
• Assisting the project manager for controlling of the project costs
• Prepare projects  cash flow
• Prepare EOT Claims for delays caused by other parties
• Preparation of KPIs for project monitoring and control requirements
• Prepare work breakdown structure for baseline programme
• Issue delay notices to concern parties, if any delays are observed
• Prepare detailed work schedules and monitor activities in detail
• Prepare preliminary tender programme in P6 during tender stage of projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in civil, Industrial engineering or other related discipline from recognized institution
• Minimum 5 years  extensive experience in planning and scheduling of interior fit out,  joinery and construction activities
• Proficiency in P6, Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
• Knowledge of joinery and fit out materials
• Should possess excellent communication skill both verbal & written
• (Should have sound knwoldege in Primaver P6 Leve-II , Advance Excel & Power BI )​
