Product Consultant  Full Time

Job Purpose:

The Product Consultant for Credit Cards will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our credit card portfolio. You will engage with clients, understand their needs, and present tailored credit card solutions.

• Actively pursue new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and presenting suitable Premium credit card options.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on credit card products, providing in-depth knowledge to the sales team and clients to drive product adoption.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
• Gather and analyze feedback from clients and the sales team to identify market trends and opportunities for product enhancements.
• Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop strategies that drive credit card sales and improve market penetration.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and recommendations to management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in financial services or banking, ideally with a focus on the premium segment of credit cards in the UAE.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to convey complex information simply and clearly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with credit card regulations and compliance issues is a plus.
• Valid UAE Driver’s license.
