Quality Executive Full Time

Performs a wide variety of complex responsible office functions in support of the Quality department. 

1. Performs highly responsible office functions; assists in arranging and coordinating department activities. 
   1. Establishes and maintains records, filing systems, and logs; 
   2. Reserve meeting sites; contacts and confirms appointments and meetings; attends meetings and takes minutes as assigned. 
   3. Utilizes a variety of word-processing, graphic/presentation, and data base software applications programs for preparation of departmental documents.
   4. Composes,  edits, and distributes a variety of correspondence, forms, and policies and procedures 
   5. Participating effectively in Implementing & Follow up of Q.I. Plan Activities. 
   6. Communicates appropriate information from studies and data sources to the Head of the Department
   7. Serves as a resource to all departments, divisions and units, hospital and ambulatory, and to established committees in all areas relating to Quality Assurance.
   8. Understanding of the standards, measurable elements and intents of the JCI.  Maintains continuous knowledge and understanding of JCIA functions and standards.
   9. Assist the HOD in maintaining all necessary records pertinent to the JCI process.
   10. Assist in Facilitating JCIA meetings.
   11. Assist the HOD in developing and maintaining records of policies, procedures, guidelines, forms and other documents and ensures the circulation of current documents and the de-circulation of expired documents.
   12. Maintains records of all Quality Assurance activities.
   13. Performs miscellaneous related duties as requested by the HOD.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or allied health field with post graduation in the field of Hospital Administration preferred.
   1. Six months or more in healthcare set up 
   2. Excellent command of oral and written English. Arabic language is desirable but not essential.
   3. Responsibility for own continued professional growth beyond minimum preparation.
   4. Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills. 
   5. Ability to work effectively with Medical Staff, hospital personnel and others. 
   6. Must be well versed with Word and Excel.
