Quality & Warranty Engineer Full Time

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet established standards.
• Conduct regular quality audits to identify issues and ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and service teams to address and resolve quality concerns.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and report findings to management.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and service quality.
• Manage the warranty process, including claims handling, parts replacement, and issue resolution.
• Analyze warranty data to identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with manufacturers regarding warranty coverage and claims.
• Develop and maintain warranty policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Train and support service teams on warranty processes and policies.
• Address complex warranty claims and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Work closely with employees to improve customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and customers regarding quality and warranty issues.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality and warranty performance, including trend analysis and recommendations.
• Monitor and analyze product failure rates, and implement proactive measures to reduce warranty claims.
• Develop strategies to improve product reliability and minimize quality defects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in the same field (Automotive).
• Proven experience as a Quality and Warranty Manager in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data and create comprehensive reports.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
