RAD and Imaging Support Assistant Jobs in Dubai, UAE
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To support radiology department stakeholders in implementing new solutions, adding new modalities, integration of solutions with internal/external systems, data archival and retrieval using custom or industry standard data exchange protocols
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Work closely with team leads, support the installation and configuration of radiology imaging systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing hospital infrastructure
Proactively monitor, troubleshoot and resolve data exchange issues between applications and modalities/medical equipment
Collaborate with functional and clinical teams to identify business requirements and accordingly customize defined workflows to improve efficiency
Liaise with modality and solution vendors on new integration and upgrade requirements
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Bachelors Degree in Computer Seicens or IT equilivant
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Atleast 2 years experience working within Healthcare ICT department focusing on end user supporting related to imaging equipments and solutions.
Fair understanding of various imaging technologies such as Xrays, Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), and other DICOM-compliant eqipments.
Knowledge about how various imaging systems are properly integrated into the hospital’s infrastructure, allowing for efficient image viewing, processing, and analysis.
Good understading of radiology workflows, data mappings, data exchange between systems, reporting, VNA solutions
