Real Estate Associate Full Time

As a Real Estate Associate, you will:

• Conduct research and analysis to identify potential retail shops for darkstore in targeted areas.
• Gather information on available retail spaces, lease terms, rental rates, and market conditions.
• Evaluate potential retail shops based on predefined criteria, such as location, size, layout, accessibility, and proximity to target customer segments.
• Utilize online platforms, databases, and industry resources to search for available retail spaces and track market trends.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conduct site visits, take measurements, and document key details about each location.
• Support in negotiating lease agreements and liaise with landlords and property owners as needed.
• Assist in coordinating with internal stakeholders, and contractors to evaluate and optimize the layout and design of darkstore spaces.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify areas where our darkstores can gain a competitive advantage.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings, including recommendations for potential darkstore locations.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to darkstore operations and real estate.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate.
• Great people skills and ability to communicate constructive feedback.
• Problem-solving capabilities to create strategies to improve support quality.
• Excellent English & Arabic vocabulary & writing skills.
• Ability to work with little supervision, take responsibility, and get the task done.
• Have good knowledge of MS office and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license and car.
