About the Role:
At M42, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader, Tissue Viability Nurse to champion our patient-centered care approach and drive the evolution of best practices in wound, stoma, and tissue viability management.
In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a team of specialized nurses, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care across inpatient, outpatient, and homecare settings. You’ll drive policy development, training programs, and multidisciplinary collaboration while overseeing clinical services, quality indicators, and performance improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional and clinical leadership in wound and stoma care
- Develop and implement strategies and protocols for skin integrity management
- Mentor and guide nursing teams, fostering a high-performance, supportive environment
- Conduct root cause analyses and lead continuous quality improvement projects
- Deliver training and educational resources internally
- Represent M42 in regional and national tissue viability networks
Qualifications
Essential:
- Postgraduate qualification in Tissue Viability
- Proven leadership experience in wound care and clinical services
- Current UAE license as a Registered Nurse, Specialty Nurse, or Nurse Practitioner
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Tissue Viability or related healthcare field
- Advanced wound care certifications (e.g., CWCN, CWS)
- Experience across acute and ICU care settings
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
