Welder Full Time

Job Purpose

Fabrication of Piping system and Pipe spool by Electric Arc Welding of Steel and fusion welding HDPE pipes for central gas system/Grinding & Cutting.

Principal Accountabilities

Laying, preparing ends, fit-up and welding works of steel pipes and structures.
Execute weld joint without flaws to pass NDT examination like
DPT/Radiography/hydrotest
Ensure safe and proper handling of all company tools like Welding machine/Grinding
Machine/Welding electrodes, etc under his custody
Submit and undergo Welder Qualification procedure as often as required
Assist the team in Grinding/rigging works as and when required
Works as per the EMGAS EHS policy, guidelines and requirements

Additional Principal Accountabilities

Experience

High school Certificate is preferred
Minimum 3 years of Welding experience required
Welder certification is required
Preferred to be 6G welding certified by Third Party Inspection Agency.
Good communications skills
Basic English language skills.
