What you’ll be doing
In close alignment with HQ and the Merchandising Manager, develop retail concepts for the brand.
Work on multiple projects, from initial brief to installation, collaborating on cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
Following the international brand’s guidelines and project brief, determine requirements, timeline and prepare cost estimates to meet project budget.
Develop and put together mood boards, material boards, concept presentations and design briefs.
Prepare layouts, preliminary sketches and 3Ds; review the projects before presenting to Global Headquarters.
Review and approve technical drawings, design specifications, cost estimates and construction recommendations.
Train and guide suppliers/contractors to meet the adequate quality on projects, ensuring that dimensions, materials and finishing are in line with design concept during on-site inspections.
Ensure efficient time management, project planning, coordination of resources and follow-up on projects and initiatives.
Participate in efforts to elevate brand’s image and awareness; create new processes and best practices for the Merchandising team.
What you’ll need to succeed
University Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
