Job Description
- Collaborate with DDWD Departments to analyse training needs/ gaps and prepare relevant training plans and schedules
- Develop training modules’ materials including presentations, audio-visual components, handouts, lesson plans, instructor guides, assessments, and other references or resources.
- Deliver training to all interested parties up to DDWD/ TTM standards
- Assess and evaluate training in accordance with module and department standards
- Trade test new employees up to the required standards
- Record and communicate training results with concerned departments
- Mentor Trainees where requested
About You
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- 3-4 years’ Experience as a Rigging trainer
- Diploma in any related field
- Methodological and academic searching skills: benchmarking and probing for best practices and learning enhancement
- Curriculum Design, Development& Improvement using advanced technology/ Office Applications
- Differentiation of Instruction and Adult Learning; demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills
- Identification of Training Needs: Analyzing and bridging in competency gaps
- Planning and organizing : scheduling and prioritizing training requests
- Performance Standard Development: Training, Mentoring, Coaching, and assessing learners’ results using summative and formative methods of assessment
- Certificate as vocational trainer in Rigging from a recognized vocational body
- Certificate on basic Rigging & Slinging course (Level 1 TUV SUD MIDDLE EAST)
- Certificate on Advanced Rigging course (Level 2 TUV SUD MIDDLE EAST)
- Certificate on Lifting Equipment (ACCESSORIES) Inspection(LLOYDS BRITISH)
- Wire Rope Technology
- Safe Lifting Equipment (Examiner/Inspector).
