Planning Engineer Full Time

Requirements:

• Preparation of Pre-qualification Documents for submission.
• Preparation of technical documents as per requirements from Clients.
• Collect and Compile Tender Technical Documents from Related Dept./ Person.
• Complete Other Works Assigned by Dept. Manager
• Complete study of the tender documents for the scope of the works.
• Analysis of the drawings with the BOQ quantities will be done.
• Understanding the requirements from the Tender documents preparing the tender
• Proposed programs with the Planning Manager’s advice.
• Estimating the Manpower and Plants Requirements as per the Tender requirements.
• As per specified requirements for the technical submittal Construction sequencing & program will be prepared.
• Estimating the cash Flow and other Client’s Requirements for the proposed works will be done.
• Supporting the sites for preparation of biweekly and monthly reports, as required by the project Management
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of planning experience in infrastructure/utilities projects within the UAE.
