Perform electrical installations, including lighting, emergency lighting, and small power systems.
Collaborate effectively with other technical staff as required.
Participate in overtime, shift work, and out-of-hours duties to ensure continuity of essential plant and systems operations.
Be part of the emergency on-call service during non-working hours, weekends, and public holidays.
Follow project directives from the Supervisor while adhering to Risk Assessments and Standard Operating Procedures.
Obtain all necessary internal and/or external approvals before, during, and after project work, including Permit to Work and LockOut/TagOut procedures.
Conduct hands-on repair of pumps, including seal replacements and alignment of pumps and motors.
Specific Requirements
Possession of a vocational training certificate in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or another relevant MEP maintenance and repair qualification.
At least three years of experience in building services, maintenance, and/or facilities management.
Advanced knowledge of electrical equipment, power supply, distribution systems, and associated lighting and control systems in commercial or other facilities management environments.
