Creates impactful data visualizations to facilitate effective communication, and utilizes tools like Excel and Power BI to craft interactive dashboards for insightful analysis. Maintains Revenue Cycle Management’s dashboards, explores datasets for in-depth analysis, and promptly addresses data-related issues or discrepancies. Maintains low data error rates, implements data validation metrics, and ensures dataset completeness is crucial. Improves data cleaning, transformation, and loading processes while optimizing time and resource usage is paramount. Meets high scores in data validation metrics and exceeds efficiency targets are expected. Ensures user satisfaction with data visualizations and reduces average problem resolution time.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Development, Education or a related field

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Customer Service in a Healthcare or Hospitality setting.
• Skills in mentoring/coaching in a multi-cultural /multi-national environment.
• Skills in self-direction, creativity and sound judgment.
• Ability to maintain open communication with colleagues.
