ROLE SUMMARY
The project engineer will be expected to assist in the technical aspects of a portfolio of projects across the Project Management Business Unit and provide assistance to the Senior/Project Managers reporting the progress of projects. The ideal candidate is to have strong technical awareness and have a background as an engineering Graduate with basic experience in preparing progress for projects during design and construction stages.
ROLE PROFILE
- Support the Delivery Team in preparing project status updates.
- Schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned tasks.
- Interact daily with consultants and contractors to ensure project requirements are met and timelines are adhered to.
- Prepare overall progress reports for the project.
- Collaborate effectively with the Senior Project Manager and project participants to provide technical support.
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate corrective actions as needed.
- Assist in developing strategies for successful project delivery, focusing on design, construction, and maintenance.
- Monitor project aspects including time, quality, safety, and sustainability, while minimizing delays.
REQUIREMENTS
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Project Management Certification preferred.
- Experience: Fresh Graduate or 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Project Skills: Technical Input, Progress Monitoring, Design Coordination.
- Competencies: Effective Communication, Time Management, Leadership, Commercial Awareness, Ethical Decision-Making, Customer Focus, Results-Driven Mindset, Adaptability.
