Landscape Inspector Jobs in Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for on-site inspection, quality control, and compliance monitoring of landscape works, ensuring alignment with project specifications, international standards, and client expectations.
We envisage success in this role to include;
Supervise and inspect all landscape construction activities including softscape, hardscape, irrigation systems, and associated civil works.
Ensure that all landscaping work is carried out in compliance with the approved drawings, specifications, local authority regulations, and industry standards.
Monitor contractors’ progress and performance, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion of activities.
Conduct site inspections and prepare inspection reports for landscape-related elements.
Review and comment on contractors’ method statements, materials submittals, and shop drawings.
Coordinate with other site inspectors, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical and construction issues.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any non-conformances identified.
Assist the Resident Engineer / Landscape Engineer in monitoring the progress of landscaping works and resolving site issues.
Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to on-site.
Qualifications
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 7 years of work experience partnered with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Candidates with experience in landscape inspection on large-scale infrastructure or urban development projects in the UAE are preferred.
