Key Accountabilities

• Participate in the testing, commissioning, handover, and implementation of building services BMS systems, ensuring compliance and requirements are met. Identify defects and generate reports with corrective measures.
• Perform planned preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, remedial repairs, and adjustments to the BMS system to ensure operational effectiveness and continuity of service.
• Monitor and control BMS system operations, proactively diagnosing faults to prevent service interruptions.
• Provide technical support for all Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) projects, including design, installation, and commissioning of new assets and systems.

• Proficiency in MS Office software, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to generate technical reports.

Specific Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a building services or facilities management environment.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant technical experience with BMS systems.
• Technical competence in monitoring BMS systems and understanding building electrical, mechanical, plant, and associated controls.
• Experience with computer control programs and systems.
• Proven ability to analyze alarms, troubleshoot software, and field equipment issues.
• Ability to support field technicians by tracking alarms, trends, and setting parameters.
• Competence in reading schematics and drawings to troubleshoot alarms and BMS control panels.
