ROLE SUMMARY
As a Brand Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage brand communication and budgets, and drive marketing capability-building efforts. This role offers a chance to gain experience in brand building and contribute to the company’s success.
ROLE PROFILE
- Assist in developing and maintaining brand positioning strategies that ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Support the creation and update of corporate brand guidelines, leading conversations around brand expression for internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate with Business Units on developing new brands, ensuring compliance with messaging and guidelines.
- Assist in developing creative marketing content, campaigns, and assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Contribute to market research efforts to understand trends and performance metrics, preparing reports to track progress.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
- Manage the team budget, oversee vendor relations, and support marketing capability-building via the School of Marketing.
- Organize training modules and support the operational rollout of marketing initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of experience in brand building, strategic planning, and brand management, preferably within FMCG or a regional conglomerate.
- Experience in creating and developing brands, managing brand governance, and planning campaigns is essential.
- Strong operational discipline, organizational skills, and familiarity with Middle Eastern trends are required.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, strong communication skills, and experience working in multicultural environments are key attributes.
