Demand Planner Full Time NEW

Key Accountabilities:

• Prepare and circulate monthly demand plans and initiate downstream supply planning.
• Develop production schedules based on demand forecasts to meet customer requirements.
• Adapt and modify production plans in response to engineering changes or material shortages.
• Collaborate with Program, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to ensure demand fulfillment.
• Maintain ERP/SAP system data accuracy for activity confirmations and material consumption.
• Develop demand forecasts at multiple aggregation levels and time horizons.
• Analyze supply-demand gaps, risks, and opportunities, recommending optimization strategies.
• Track and report KPIs using system data and cross-departmental inputs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 10–12 years in demand planning and scheduling, with strong expertise in SAP.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Automotive, or Aerospace Engineering.
• Skills: Advanced planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; expertise in MRP/ERP systems.
• Communication: Fluent in English.
• Preferred: 5+ years of industry-specific experience in defense or aerospace, with regional project planning expertise.
