The Enrollment Services Coordinator supports sponsors and sponsored students, resolves Info-desk tickets, handles online meetings, walk-ins, calls, and sponsorship events.

Job Responsibilities

• Counseling sponsored undergraduate and graduate applicants.
• Handling walk-ins and communications via phone, email, Info-desk ticket and chat service.
• Providing file completion and registration support to new applicants.
• Evaluating and completing application data and records across all systems.
• Assisting in the development of Office of Enrollment Management (OEM) informational literature and templates.
• Supporting campus tours, sponsors events, orientation, file completion, tests and other educational events as required.
• Coordinating with other departments to support enrollment, orientation, events and projects.
• Generating cyclically and email reports of sponsored students to sponsors, including schedules and transcripts.
• Processing all submitted forms, including students’, course withdrawals, complete withdrawals, and change of major forms.
• Receiving and processing sponsorship and suspension notifications with the Finance department.
• Administering, proctoring and scheduling tests.
• Coordinating the test preparation requirements and performing systems readiness checks.
• Handling the complete tests registration process and communications.
• Approving online registrations and logging attendance.
• Completing all other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, mass communication, public services or a related field.
• Have a minimum of two years of experience in customer service.
• Should be a fast learner, organized, efficient, punctual, can apply procedures and policies and communicate effectively.

Qualifications and Skills Preferred

• Graduate of AUS with a bachelor’s degree in business administration or mass communication.
• Arabic is an advantage.
• Have three years of experience in sponsorship and scholarship in a reputable institute.
