Key Accountabilities
- Execute planned and reactive maintenance tasks on mechanical systems and services, updating records daily.
- Identify and procure necessary materials or components, ensuring repairs meet approved standards.
- Monitor utility consumption and update records accordingly.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on systems such as cooling, potable water, hot water, pumps, actuators, pipework, valves, drainage, and fuel systems.
- Follow risk assessments and standard operating procedures during maintenance and repair activities.
- Troubleshoot mechanical control systems, identifying faulty parts and replacing them as needed.

Specific Requirements

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant vocational training certificates in mechanical building services preferred.
