Modeler Engineer Full Time

Job Purpose:

Our Client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior BIM Modeler with expertise in Revit BIM and Autodesk Cloud Services to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) and ensuring the successful implementation of BIM processes across various projects.

• Develop and manage detailed BIM models using Revit.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate BIM models into project workflows.
• Utilize Autodesk Cloud Services for project collaboration, data management, and model sharing.
• Ensure BIM models comply with industry standards and project-specific requirements.
• Conduct quality control checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM-related tools and processes.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on BIM-related issues and solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in BIM technology and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM modeling using Revit.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Cloud Services, including BIM 360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Professional certification in BIM or Revit.
• Experience with other BIM software and tools.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of construction processes and project management.
