Maintenance Assistant  Full Time

Main Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery, installation, and setup of home hemodialysis machines and water treatment systems at patient residences.
• Perform routine maintenance, disinfection, and basic troubleshooting of dialysis equipment under supervision or following established protocols.
• Support inventory management by organizing and restocking supplies and equipment used in home dialysis.
• Document maintenance and service activities in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
• Coordinate with technical and clinical teams to ensure timely service and support.
• Respond to service calls or patient concerns about equipment functionality, escalating as needed to technical staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, infection control practices, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of service schedules, parts usage, and maintenance logs.
• Performs other related tasks when needed
