Registration and Technical Support Executive Full Time

Purpose of the Job

Responsible for supporting the registration of agricultural products, including pesticides and fertilizers, ensuring all technical documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in agricultural product registration, regulatory frameworks, and technical analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Registration: Prepare and submit registration dossiers for agricultural products (pesticides, fertilizers, etc.) to regulatory authorities in compliance with local and international guidelines.
• Technical Documentation: Ensure that all required technical documentation is complete, accurate, and aligns with regulatory requirements for agricultural products.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with changing regulatory requirements and ensure product compliance at all stages of registration.
• Market Studies and Analysis: Conduct market studies related to agricultural products, with strong analytical skills to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for new product registrations.
• Support and Guidance: Provide technical support to the product development and regulatory teams, addressing queries regarding registration processes and technical documentation.
• Collaboration: Liaise with regulatory bodies, government agencies, and other external stakeholders for effective communication and resolution of issues related to product registration.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on registration status, challenges, and progress for internal teams and stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to internal processes related to product registration and regulatory compliance, to streamline efficiency and reduce approval timelines.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in Engineering, Agricultural Science, or a relevant technical field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in product registration, particularly in the agricultural sector, including pesticides and fertilizers.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong familiarity with regulatory standards and registration systems for agricultural products in relevant markets.
• Pesticide & Fertilizer Registration: In-depth understanding of the registration process, documentation requirements, and procedures for pesticides and fertilizers.
• Analytical Skills: Proven experience in preparing and analyzing market studies, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from data.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to manage technical documentation with high attention to detail, ensuring regulatory compliance and accuracy.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with regulatory authorities and internal teams effectively.
