Specialist Housekeeper Job in Dubai, UAE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures that the assigned area of responsibility is cleaned according to Hospital Policies and Procedures – Including car park areas
• Ensures that the assigned tasks are completed within the period of duty
• Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures, handling of equipment and cleaning techniques especially including windows, facades, exteriors including car park
• Advises Supervisor of any and all discrepancies, materials, safety clothing and consumables needed to complete the assigned tasks
• Completes all tasks in a safe and qualitative manner
• Ensures that the assigned area of responsibility is free of defects accordingly to Hospital Policies and Procedures
• Possesses the skills required to operate equipment (Valid license to operate cranes  & lifts)
• Displays awareness of the need to use chemicals in a safe manner and to utilize resources economically
• Ensures all equipment is used, stored cleaned and maintained in a safe manner
• Plays an active role in the waste management code of practice
• Maintains work area’s trolleys and equipment clean and tidy at all times
• Ensures that equipment keys are logged in and out all times
• Ensures that the daily tasks are carried out in an efficient timely manner and the equipment and materials are left in good order for the next shift

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Basic Secondary Education

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Physical ability and stamina to perform special tasks well.
• Adequacy of written and spoken English.
