Job Description

Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives
Oversee the creation, revision, and implementation of company-wide policies
Conduct in-depth market analysis and research to identify emerging trends and opportunities
Collaborate with senior leadership to define and articulate the company’s vision and mission
Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives
Present strategic recommendations and policy updates to executive management and stakeholders
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of strategic projects
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and policies, making adjustments as needed
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in strategic planning

Qualifications

10 + years of experience in strategic planning or a related field
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic initiatives
Strong expertise in policy development and implementation
Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
Advanced project management and team leadership abilities
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in strategic planning tools and methodologies
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
In-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices
Understanding of regulatory environments and compliance requirements
Experience working in the Middle East region preferred
Ability to think critically and strategically in a fast-paced, global environment.
