Technical Manager Full Time

Requirements:

• Lead and manage all technical aspects of projects in compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and standards.
• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of shoring systems, secant piles, diaphragm walls, and dewatering works.
• Provide technical guidance, review engineering designs, and ensure accuracy of calculations.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges with innovative engineering solutions.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and method statements.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in engineering and project management within the UAE and GCC, including at least 5 years in a similar managerial role.
• Proven experience in handling projects involving secant piling, shoring works, micro tunneling, and pumping stations with Dubai Municipality.
• Strong knowledge in the design and calculation of shoring systems, secant piles, diaphragm walls, and dewatering works.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Oversee the technical aspects of road and bridge design and construction.
• Ensure compliance with RTA standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders and manage technical teams.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
