Technical Specialist Microfabrication  Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the setup, installation, and commissioning of microfabrication tools and cleanroom equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a range of semiconductor processing equipment (e.g. lithography, deposition, etch, metrology).
• Work closely with engineering and operations teams to establish maintenance protocols and ensure tool uptime and reliability.
• Assist in defining and implementing EHS and cleanroom standards during facility setup.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, coordinate with vendors, and maintain accurate service records.

What We’re Looking For:

• Technical diploma or degree in engineering, electronics, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of proven experience in microfabrication or semiconductor equipment maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with cleanroom tools and processes.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
