Key Accountabilities
· To create and maintain various documents and records related to manpower request, admin and time keeping as required.
· To assist Department Manager / Assistant Managers & Supervisors for various secretarial / administrational requirements.
· Leave plan maintenance of all level employees of the department.
· Assist in recording the employees appraisal
· Effective liaison with other trades for smooth operation of manpower supply and time keeping
· Maintain good working relationship with workers, foremen, supervisors and management.
· Attend training for activity required by the department.
· Overall control of filing and record keeping
· Development of subordinates.
· To request document from HR / Finance as requested by employees.
· Ensure that significant information such HR / finance related matters effectively communicated.
