Job Description:
To expand the online presence and drive sales for a major tyre distributor in UAE. This role involves effectively communicating with potential customers, providing them with product recommendations, resolving queries, and achieving sales targets through various online channels. The ecommerce sales consultant for tyres will also contribute to market research efforts, participate in sales meetings, and collaborate with the marketing team to optimize the online presence of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Online Sales:
– Utilize various online channels, such as company website, online marketplaces, and social media platforms, to generate sales for tyres.
– Engage with potential customers through online chat, email, and phone calls to provide accurate product information, answer queries, and offer suitable product recommendations.
– Effectively manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-up, and assisting customers throughout the purchasing process.
– Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
– Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
– Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
– Anticipate customer needs by proactively identifying and proposing suitable tyre options based on customer requirements and preferences.
3. Market Research and Analysis:
– Stay updated with industry trends, competitors’ offerings, and customer preferences in the tyre market.
– Conduct regular market analysis to identify potential target markets, customer segments, and opportunities for growth.
– Provide insights and recommendations to the marketing team regarding product positioning, pricing, and promotional activities.
4. Marketing Collaboration:
– Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize the ecommerce platform, ensuring a user-friendly, engaging, and secure online shopping experience for customers.
– Contribute to the creation of compelling marketing content, including product descriptions, blog articles, social media posts, and email campaigns.
– Assist in the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and improve customer engagement.
Qualifications and Requirements:
– Proven experience in ecommerce sales, preferably in the tyre industry.
– In-depth knowledge of different types of tyres, their specifications, and applications.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
– Proficiency in using online sales platforms like Magento, chat systems, and CRM software.
– Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
– Experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis.
– Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
– Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools is an advantage.
