We are seeking a highly skilled admin supervisor with a strong background in program management. The ideal candidate will drive strategic initiatives, manage complex programs, and ensure alignment with business objectives through effective stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and execution excellence.

• Lead and manage large-scale, cross-functional programs from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop detailed program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, resolving issues to maintain project momentum.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across departments and executive teams to ensure program success.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports and performance metrics to leadership.
• Apply best practices in program governance, change management, and compliance.
• Leverage consulting experience to identify growth opportunities and implement scalable solutions.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3:5 years of program management experience, with prior experience in a consulting firm.
• Proven success in managing complex, high-impact programs and delivering results.
• Strong understanding of strategic planning, process optimization, and change management.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
