Job Summary:

As a Civil Engineer, you will play a vital role in designing, managing, and maintaining infrastructure that supports advanced defense operations. From planning and supervising construction projects to ensuring compliance with industry standards, your expertise will help ensure that our facilities are safe, reliable, and built to the highest quality.

Key Accountabilities:

• Project Management
  Lead infrastructure and facilities projects from concept to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and contractor coordination.
• Design & Planning
  Develop detailed designs, technical drawings, and specifications using CAD software, ensuring cost-effective and efficient solutions.
• Construction Oversight
  Supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to design, specifications, health, and safety standards.
• Maintenance & Repair
  Inspect and assess existing structures, plan repairs, and manage maintenance to minimize operational disruptions.
• Quality Assurance
  Enforce compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards through inspections and controls.
• Reporting & Collaboration
  Provide regular project updates, documentation, and technical advice to facilities management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in civil engineering, ideally in facilities, infrastructure, or defense-related industries in Project Management and Construction Oversight.
• Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Tools: Proficiency in CAD software and engineering design tools
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment
• HSE: Familiarity with health, safety, and compliance standards
