· Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to objectives.
· Coordinate project resources, including personnel, budget, and materials, to support project goals.
· Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
· Track project progress and milestones, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
· Prepare project reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external audiences as needed.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and streamline project workflows.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or management roles.
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
· Proficiency in project management tools and software applications.
· Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
