Job Purpose

Manage the implementation of quality standards across IT, and ensure adherence to quality standards by conducting regular audits.

Principal Accountabilities

Operational

• Identifies and coordinates the implementation of industry quality standards across GIT
• Monitors adherence to quality standards periodically and escalates breaches
• Coordinates all GIT related audits (external and internal) and closure of audit points.

• their knowledge, skills, and performance.
• Implementing a company’s quality controls and policies such as Lean Sigma or ISO standardization requirements.
• Researching and reviewing customer feedback and using this to inform quality processes and decisions.
• Ensuring that processes meet required standards.
• Monitoring the ongoing performance and outputs of the quality process.

Additional Principal Accountabilities

• Regularly researching the marketplace and competition to keep up to date with industry developments.
• Undertaking internal quality audits.
• Direct staff and teams across the business to ensure quality frameworks are implemented.
• Provide updates to senior managers and directors around quality issues.
• Ensure that all suppliers meet the quality requirements of the company.

Stakeholder Management

Build strong relationships and working collaboratively with internal/external stakeholders and customers to achieve objectives.

Experience

Education

• Degree: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business field or equivalent.

• Required professional certifications: Industry certification in IT Governance (CGEIT, COBIT 5, etc.), Risk Management (e.g. RMP, etc.).

Experience

• 7+ years of relevant Information Technology experience.
• 3+ years of proven experience in working IT Quality
