Responsibilities
Project Planning and Scheduling:
- Collaborate with project managers to develop comprehensive project plans.
- Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.
Documentation Management:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to organizational standards and policies.
Risk and Issue Management:
- Identify and document project risks and issues.
- Work with project managers to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
Quality Assurance:
- Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards.
Financial Tracking:
- Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenses.
- Generate financial reports and contribute to budget forecasting.
Experience:
- Experience with design and construction projects, particularly in greenfield settings.
- Hands-on experience in Cost Controlling.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination.
- Project Management certification(s) is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
