Sales Executive Full Time

 About the Job: 

An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive to join the pre-opening of Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Maintains and develops designated market, regularly conducting sales activations to increase awareness of Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab
• Conduct market research to identify potential partners actively seeking accommodation for their high-end clients in Dubai.
• Prepare and present sales proposal to potential partners, highlighting MAA’s USPs.
• Assists the sales team in carrying out site inspections or entertainment for existing and potential partners.
• Liaises closely with the Sales team for any feedback from accounts that need following up.
• Once operating, oversee & support the reservations made by our partners to ensure availability and proper arrangements have been made.
• Track production and conduct account review under the supervision of line manager.
• Ensures that the necessary forms are filled out and signed off and all arrangements have been made before entertaining clients at the resort.
• Prepare sales kits and ensures keeping enough collateral in the office.
• Ensures that the necessary reports are produced supporting the production of the monthly sales report.

About you: 

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Proficient in English and Mandarin or Cantonese
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing or equivalent from an accredited and renowned university
• A minimum of 1 year experience, preferably with an international hospitality company
• Passionate about sales & people with an understanding of the importance of meeting timeline & goals
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation (story telling) and analytical skills (building reports etc)
• Good networking and influencing skills
